No longer content to spend copious amounts of time in a gigantic hamster ball, The Flaming Lips' Wayne Coyne is on to bigger, wackier things.
A 24-hour song, for example. "7Skies H3" is the title of the high-concept number, streaming all day today (Happy Halloween, kids!) and underway at flaminglipstwentyfourhoursong.com, meaning you've missed hours already. But maybe a fleeting audio stream isn't enough! Maybe you need to own it for your very own, in which case you're in luck because you can buy "7Skies H3." Housed on a hard drive located inside a real human skull. For $5000 (shipping included). Really. But hurry, there are only 13 of them!

This particular thing is the biggest, wackiest thing since the band's Zaireeka-- the four-disc set that famously required four CD players playing in unison for it to be heard in its optimum form.
Are you listening to "7Skies H3"? Have you been? Will you be? What do you think?
