Saturday Night Open Thread: Win Tickets to See The Swell Season!

Be sure to listen to In House this Saturday night (8pm, on OPB radio and and our music stream) for a chance to win free tickets to see The Swell Season at the Crystal Ballroom on Tuesday!

Recently the duo joined us in front of a live audience for a performance and interview. Judging from this performance, Tuesday will be an impassioned show that should not be missed.

To tie you over, check out the duo's most recent music video for the track "Low Rising" directed by Iron & Wine mastermind Sam Beam.

Glen Hansard's band was The Frames! Can we please have tickets to Tuesday's concert? Thanks for your good work.

There is a deep resonance in my soul I feel with the music of Glen and Marketa. After seeing "Once", I could not stop listening to "Falling Slowly" for weeks on end. Drove my husband crazy! Now I listen with earphones and have a blissful experience every time I listen to them. Bravo!
