Unless you've been holed up in a cabin for the past year working on the next great American novel (we need it!), then you are probably already know that Built to Spill recently released an excellent new, long-player. Full of beautifully somber, unconventional lyrics and tastefully epic guitar solos, There Is No Enemy is another excellent contribution to Built to Spill's untouchable catalog of solid indie-rock.
While Built to Spill's new record is great, nothing can beat seeing the band live. Lucky for you (and us), the boys will be playing two shows at the Wonder Ballroom starting tonight with Disco Doom and fellow Idahoans, Finn Riggins.
All this talk of Built to Spill on a slow Friday got us nostalgic for the days when we had bad acne and portable CD player in our backpack. Thus, we went digging for some classic Built to Spill via YouTube. Here are two of our favorites for your watching/listening pleasure.
