The remarkable achievement of Classical Revolution PDX is to get edgy new classical music into places and to people it would never normally reach. They brought their revolution to the Someday Lounge this past Sunday night.
This month's Great Northwest Music Tour features the Portland Cello Project, who freely cover everyone from Brittany to The Builders and the Butchers. The series of free, all ages shows continues Thursday at The Kennedy School in Portland; and Saturday at Hotel Oregon in McMinnville.
The shows all start at 7pm.
